We want you to feel confident with your purchase. You may inspect and try on your items while the courier is present to ensure the size, fit, and overall quality meet your expectations.
Exchanges for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Exchanges are available only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. Please notify the courier immediately during the inspection process, before accepting the shipment.
Exchanges are not available for personal preference, change of mind, or size-related reasons.
Important Notice
All items must be inspected while the courier is present. Any damage, defect, or order discrepancy must be reported before accepting the shipment. Once the courier leaves, claims regarding visible defects or incorrect items may not be accepted.
